Along with many of you, the Town of Fallsburg recently gave us notice regarding their upcoming public hearing on the issue of condemnation of the Grandview Palace property set for April 6 at 4:00 pm. The board has been working with our attorneys to create an appropriate response, and to weigh our options in this situation. Our attorneys are likewise in communication with special counsel for the Town of Fallsburg on this issue to gather more information on the Town's position and our options in how best to respond to same. You should also be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is highly unlikely that the hearing will go forward on April 6th, unless it is opened as a formality and adjourned to a later date. The Board will be in communication with unit owners in the days to come regarding our next steps on this matter. Make sure to check gvpjustice.com for further updates.
